Hello, I'm Pedro Martinho, a Portuguese native who has called Poland home for nearly three decades. My journey in shaping the Polish retail grocery market has empowered thousands of entrepreneurs, collectively commanding over one-third of the Polish FMCG market. My tenure as a board member of Eurocash S.A., Poland's 7th largest company and a stalwart on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, enriched my experience with M&A projects, business transformations, and the deployment of groundbreaking innovations and technology.

At the heart of Eurocash's franchise division, I spearheaded a network of over 15,000 stores, fostering strong relationships with franchisees and blending deep retail knowledge with e-commerce through my role at frisco.pl, Poland's e-grocery leader. My international experience includes redefining the strategy and market approach as the chairperson of the supervisory board for Azerbaijan's leading distributor, alongside mentoring CEOs and budding entrepreneurs to unlock their full potential.
